President decreed reorganization of Kazakh diplomatic mission to Rumania

ASTANA. March 15. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the decree to raise the Diplomatic Mission of Kazakhstan to Rumania to the embassy rank.
The decree takes effect from the date of its signing.
