President criticized Ministry of Transport and Communications and Customs Committee of Ministry of Finance

"The Ministry of Transport and Communications is engaged in construction of roads by the budgetary means instead of development of transit opportunities of the country. And the task was set: Kazakhstan is a transit country. And the Ministry is not interested in it," the President said at the Government's enlarged session.

He noted that realization of his instruction on introduction of public-private partnership into the field ran over.

"The Customs Committee does not cope with the task of operative clearance of cargo," the Head of State noted.

In this connection President urged the Government to make proposals to the President on solution of these issues till October 1.
