ASTANA. January 27. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ In his State-of-the-Nation Address delivered at the joint sitting of the Parliament, Nursultan Nazarbayev has charged the Government and the National Bank to elaborate proposals how to improve the country's pension system until the end of the first half of the year.
"Today contributors have no chance to influence the investment policy of pension funds. And the authorities of some funds administer the pension contributions as their own and serve the interests of stockholders, and sometimes cover their expenses. And we do not know where it brings to," the President noted.
