President calls to create science law

ASTANA. September 1. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The effective industrial policy must be based on innovative, modern knowledge and technology. A new law on science must be developed and approved for this purpose; the Head of the State has said today at the joint sitting of the Kazakh Parliament.
In addition the President noted that the draft Law on development of farming enterprises is under Parliament's consideration. "The Law must be approved without delay", - Nursultan Nazarbayev stated.
