President backs idea to set up Agency on construction and housing utilities

Therefore we suggest to set up an ad hoc agency on the issues of construction and housing-utilities?, K.Massimov said at the sitting on execution of the anti-recession strategy. The President said that if such an arrangement was previously achieved, the issue of formation of the Agency must be solved. "We have poor quality control. The construction norms and regulations are out of date, therefore we need a new Agency to handle this problem", Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
