ASTANA. April 14. KAZINFORM By the Decree of the Kazakh President, Amanzhol Zhankuliyev was appointed Director of 'Syrbar' Foreign Intelligence Service; Mukhtar Ayubayev - Director of President Security Service; Abai Tasbulatov - Commander of the Republican Guard of Kazakhstan.
