President announces completion of construction of administrative center of Astana

ASTANA. September 3. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced that construction of the administrative center of Astana is on the finishing stage.
He said it to journalists surveying "Emerald quarter" administrative complex on September 3.
"We visited the "Northern Lights" Residential Complex. It has the best high-class apartments for the residents. Now we survey the second house of "Emerald quarter" complex. And the third building is under construction. It will be the highest in Astana, higher than the building of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", the Head of the State said.
"It is comfortable to live here. There are used energy saving technologies", the President emphasized.
