Preliminary results promulgated by CEC reflect objective reality - Z.Akhmetbekov
ASTANA. April 4. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The preliminary results of the presidential elections which were promulgated by the Central Election Commission are reflecting objective reality. Former presidential candidate from the Communist People's Party of Kazakhstan Zhambyl Akhmetbekov has noted.
"The preliminary results promulgated by the Central Election Commission are reflecting objective reality. We should acknowledge it. The victory of Nursultan Nazarbayev could not be prepared in one electoral term," Z.Akhmetbekov noted at a briefing.
In his opinion, the election campaign was held in accordance with the Kazakh legislation's requirements.
"The main conclusion which I made is that people are waiting for changes in the social sphere," the communist said.
