Gusting wind and precipitation are forecast in most regions of Kazakhstan on October 23, Kazinform News Agency reports.
According to Kazhydromet, rain with snow mixed and strong wind will hit northern regions. Heavy rainfall will batter southern parts. Rain and snow are expected in mountainous areas.
