PM Massimov holds meetings with foreign notables
ASTANA. December 3. KAZINFORM Today Prime Minister Karim Massimov has held a meeting with a delegation of Vatican headed by Cardinal Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone; the Premier's press service informs.
The issues of bilateral interaction in the socio-humanitarian sphere and further development of interfaith dialogue were discussed at the meeting.
Tarcisio Bertone congratulated Kazakhstan's leadership on successful chairmanship in the OSCE and excellent organization of the Summit. He wished Kazakhstan success achievement on the post of chairman of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.
Then Prime Minister Karim Massimov met with Federal President of Austria Heinz Fischer.
They discussed issues regarding further expansion of cooperation in the trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian spheres. The sides expressed interest in strengthening interaction in the field of energy, technologies transfer, healthcare, tourism and other sectors of economy.
