The Head of the Government noted that the 100 Schools, 100 Hospitals is not merely an economic and social project but it is also a political project.

He allotted several tasks on execution of the 100 Schools, 100 Hospitals Project. The Ministry of Education and Science was commissioned to develop normative standards for equipment of the construction facilities as far as the nomenclature of supposed acquisition within the construction documents significantly exceeds the minimum standards of equipment purchased.

The Agency for Construction, Housing Maintenance and Utilities was urged not to approve any changes made in the construction documents without coordination of administrators of the national budget programs.

"All bodies responsible for that issue must take it under their control", - the Prime Minister said.
