PM K.Massimov to partake in presentation of book by Jonathan Aitken
MOSCOW. May 20. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov will take part in presentation of the Russian edition of a book by Jonathan Aitken entitled "Nazarbayev and the Making of Kazakhstan" in Moscow.
Kazakh First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Nurtai Abykayev, Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation Zautbek Turisbekov, ITAR-TASS Director General Vitaly Ignatenko, Adviser to the President of Russia Viktor Chernomyrdin and outstanding political scientists and public figures will take part in the event.
The book is based on historical events, interviews with politicians of the world and personal recollections of the President of Kazakhstan. For the first time this work was released in English in London in July, 2009. The total circulation made up 10,000 copies.
