PM defines priority directions of 2009 budget

ASTANA. February 5. KAZINFORM /Bauyrzhan Mukanov/ Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has defined priority directions of the 2009 budget at a Collegium of the Kazakh Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning; Kazinform reports.
?One of the priority tasks is maintenance of all social expenses and social obligations of the state to the citizens?, K.Massimov said.
?All objects, construction of which has started ? schools, hospitals, roads ? should be finished?, the Prime Minister said.
