PM charged newly appointed Education Minister to develop Law ‘On Science’

K. Massimov thanked former Minister Zhanseit Tuimebayev for his work during these years and wished success at his new job.

The Premier emphasized that Bakytzhan Zhumagulov was a famous person in our country. He had been a rector in the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University before this appointment and held various senior positions including the position of the First Vice Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan and Acting Chairman of 'Nur Otan' party. Besides, he was a deputy in the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.

'I am confident that he is able to justify the trust of the Head of the State. His role is even more important now when we have a program on education development ready. The main priorities are already set. It is very important now to execute the instructions of the Head of the State', K. Massimov emphasized.

B. Zhumagulov, in turn, expressed his gratitude to the President of Kazakhstan for confidence in his personality and noted that he had a lot of work to do.

'I have executed all the instructions of our President scrupulously and this time is not going to be an exception. We will definitely justify the confidence of the President', B. Zhumagulov said.

K. Massimov charged the new Minister to continue work on development of education in the country.

In particular, Karim Massimov gave instructions in the shortest period of time to prepare the Law 'On Science' and submit it to the Parliament.

'You were a Majilisman in past and it is even easier for you', the Head of the Government added.
