Philanthropist committed to opening playground for disabled kids in Almaty
ASTANA. October 24. KAZINFORM - Almaty opens a playground for children with disabilities. Comfortable low slides, completely safe swings, educational game elements - everything is provided for the comfort and safety of kids with special needs, says "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" in its issue dated October 24 this year with M.Mihaylova as an author.
In Almaty there are about 10 thousand children with serious illnesses. Opening of that kind of playground was made possible through the efforts of the Public Fund "Bauirzhan" within the project named "The country that loves childre". The cost amounted to 15 thousand dollars, which were funded by a patron, who wished to remain anonymous.
"We wish more such kind of people!", says the organizers of the project."Because playgrounds are favorite places for all children and especially for children with disabilities. Forgetting about their illnesses, on such sites the kids will feel happiness and will communicate with someone of their age".
The Fund is intending to open the similar playground in the East Kazakhstan region.
