Parliament adopts amendment to Constitution on early presidential election

ASTANA. February 2. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Parliament has considered and adopted the Law "On amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The Law supplements Article 41 of the Constitution with new Paragraph 3 on early elections of President.
This rule vests the Head of State with the constitutional right to set a special presidential election.
