P.Otunbayeva thanked Kazakhstan and President N.Nazarbayev for consistent support
ASTANA. June 28. KAZINFORM OSCE Chairman-in-office, Kazakh State Secretary - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev held a telephone conversation with President of Kyrgyzstan for transition period Roza Otunbayeva Monday, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reports.
K.Saudabayev welcomed the successful conduct of the referendum in Kyrgyzstan noting that the referendum symbolized an important step toward political stability, reconstruction of constitutional order and legitimacy of acting authorities. He also said that he supported the preliminary evaluations of the held plebiscite by the mission of the OSCE ODIHR.
P.Otunbayeva expressed gratitude to Kazakhstan and President N.Nazarbayev for consistent support of Kyrgyzstan rendered on the bilateral basis.
The interlocutors discussed the further measures on consolidation of achieved results and creation of conditions for stable social and economic development of Kyrgyzstan.
