Over 6 thousand babies born in Kazakhstan in New Year's first week

ASTANA. January 9. KAZINFORM More than 6 000 children were born the first week of 2012 in Kazakhstan. This is 10 percent more than during the same period last year.
Most births were registered in South Kazakhstan, Kostanai, Almaty regions and in the city of Almaty.
During the first week of the year about 150 thousand people sought medical care, which is equal to last year's numbers.
