Over 4.7 thousand rural residents employed within
ASTANA. August 26. KAZINFORM More than 4.7 thousand people are employed within the fourth direction of the Employment-2020 Program in rural areas in Kazakhstan, the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Kazakhstan informs.
"4771 people are employed within the fourth direction of the Employment - 2020 Program aimed at development of the rural areas," the statement of the press service reads.
Totally, about 8 thousand new jobs are planned to be created under this direction in 2012. Four thousand Program participants are to be employed.
It is worth noting that 565 projects on rural areas development are planned to be implemented. 55% of them aim at repair of social infrastructure, 24% - at repair of engineering and utility infrastructure, 13% - at landscaping.
