Over 10 bln tenge being allocated to flood-affected SMEs

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kanat Bozumbayev, indicated that the Rules of compensation for property losses caused to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be extended until April 2025, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The Deputy Prime Minister stated that more than 10.2 billion tenge had been disbursed to 615 approved applications representing property losses caused to SMEs.
A total of 3,15 billion tenge has been allocated to the agro-industrial complex entities for the reimbursement of agricultural plants and livestock.
Additionally, a total of 21,880 flood-affected families have received a lump sum payment of 150 MCI, amounting to over 10 billion tenge for the material damage incurred.
