Outcome documents of IX Summit of Turkic-speaking States signed

HCHIVAN. October 3. KAZINFORM /Yernur Akanbai/ Heads of States participated in the IX Summit of the Heads of the Turkic-speaking states signed Nakhchivan Agreement "On establishment of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic-speaking States" and Nakhchivan Declaration of the IX Summit of the Heads of the Turkic-speaking States upon the results of the Summit.
The Agreement and Declaration were signed by Presidents of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiyev and Turkey Abdullah Gul.
