ASTANA. May 1. KAZINFORM Since the years of independence the country has achieved great results thanks to the unity, stability and friendship of all who live in Kazakhstan," President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has said today at the celebration of the Day of Unity of Peoples of Kazakhstan.
"Today is a wonderful holiday - a holiday of unity. The unity was praised throughout the history of mankind. Through the unity of the state people have reached great heights, improved life, and raised the country. We have also achieved a lot due to the unity, stability and friendship of all who live in Kazakhstan as one family," the President noted in his talk with the participants of the celebration at the Independence Square in Astana.
"We have one homeland, one fate, and one earth. So we all the have the same thoughts to make the strong state and happy people who would look with confidence in their future and future of their children," Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed.
