ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has congratulated all Kazakhstanis on the Defender of the Fatherland Day and the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War today.
"Today our stalwart warriors will march through the Kazakh Yeli Square to pay tribute to the Great Victory and the Defender of the Fatherland Day. My dear Kazakhstanis, I congratulate you on these holidays," President Nazarbayev said prior to the military parade in Astana. "As the Commander-in-Chief of the Kazakh Armed Forces, I appeal to each serviceman of the country. You shoulder great responsibility of protecting Kazakhstan's sovereignty and comfort of the population. Carry out your duty with honor," Nursultan Nazarbayev added.
