OSCE seminar on combating domestic violence kicks off in Borovoye

VIENNA. August 19. KAZINFORM /Timur Bekturganov/ The OSCE two-day seminar on the issues of combating domestic violence has been started in Borovoye resort of Akmola region today, the OSCE press service reports.
Members of law-enforcement bodies of Kazakhstan, social workers, representatives of non-governmental organizations and international experts take part in the conference.
The agenda of the seminar includes the issues of the world experience in combating domestic violence, improvement of the effectiveness of the law-enforcement bodies' activity on this direction and modernization of mechanisms of interaction between law-enforcement structures and civil society.
