ASTANA. December 8. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Adoption of the OSCE Declaration is a peak of diplomatic success. Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Mironov has said it after a meeting with Kazakh senate Speaker Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
"I would like to start me speech from words of congratulation on successful holding the OSCE Summit and chairmanship in the OSCE", S.Mironov noted. According to him, Kazakhstan represents all CIS states in the OSCE and does it on the high level.
"Adoption of the Declaration in Astana is a peak of diplomatic success, and, of course, we understand that it is a merit of Nursultan Nazarbayev and Kazakhstan as well", S.Mironov resumed.
