Orthodox Christians in Atyrau recommended not to bathe in icy water due to bad weather

ATYRAU. January 19. KAZINFORM Due to the anomalous warm weather and the rain started in Atyrau the Orthodox Christians are recommended not to immerse themselves into icy water during an Epiphany Day celebrations on the Ural River.
The Ural River inspection found out Saturday night that its ice cover is dangerous to walk on. Nevertheless, rescuers and police officers are watching along the river to ensure people's safety.
