OPEC oil price jumps to 50 dollars

BAKU. April 3. KAZINFORM Jumping by nearly 3 dollars, the price for oil produced by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) ended the day at 50 dollars Thursday, the cartel announced Friday.
The basket price for one barrel (159 litres) of OPEC crude rose by 2.82 dollars, from 47.18 dollars on the previous day.
The Vienna-based group calculates an average price based on 12 brands produced by its members, reported dpa, Kazinform cites Trend Capital.
