ASTANA. October 9. KAZINFORM  "One of the key trends of Kazakhstan's screening program is to improve radiological diagnostic technologies," director of science and human resources department of the Kazakh Health Ministry Murat Teleuov told the republican scientific and practical conference on breast cancer and diseases of lesser pelvis in women underway in Astana.

"One of the most serious concerns arise  diseases of female reproductive system, including the breast. Today we see dismal figures the number of breast cancer patients grows steadily the worldwide as well in Kazakhstan," Teleuov said.

The conference enjoys participation of leading radiologist-scientists from Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Holland, Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
