Olympic champion urges Kazakhstan to support presidential elections

"We athletes often participate in various sports events and travel a lot. Kazakhstan pays utmost attention to the development of sports and healthy lifestyle. Besides, new sports facilities are opened across the country every day. While understanding the importance of raising a healthy nation, the government does its best to expand sport infrastructure in the regions," the Kazakhstani athlete said. According to her, Kazakhstan develops gradually and is one of the most prosperous countries in the post-Soviet space. In this context, the initiative of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan to hold snap presidential elections is timely amid unstable global situation.
