Old man falls to death from 4th floor in Ust Kamenogorsk

UST KAMENOGORSK. July 6. KAZINFORM An attempt of an elderly man to get over a neighbor's balcony to get into his own apartment one storey up ended up tragically.
The old man forgot his keys at home and asked his young neighbor to let him so he could try to get into his apartment via balcony.
The young man saw that the neighbor was drunk, nonetheless, he let him in.
When the old man tried to get over the balcony he fell from the fourth floor to death, the local police say.
