OIC members must openly declare nonacceptance of Islamophobia - Erlan Idrissov
Conakry. December 10. KAZINFORM - Members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation should very loudly declare nonacceptance of Islamophobia, especially at the UN, Kazakh foreign minister E.Idrissov said at the 40th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.
"We have always believed that the OIC is one voice for the entire Muslim Ummah. Unfortunately, islamophobia makes this voice contradictory. We must take every effort to promote dialogue. We must very loudly declare our rejection of Islamophobia. I also call on the OIC member states that are members of the UN Security Council to do everything to draw more attention to the issue of Islamophobia there, "- said the head of Kazakh Foreign Ministry in Conakry, the capital of the Republic of Guinea.
