Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulated Kazakhstanis on Constitution Day

'Dear Kazakhstanis, every year we celebrate the Constitution Day because of the respect to ourselves, to the rights and life norms that we - people of Kazakhstan - deserved and defined, and, of course, as well as of the respect to the Main Law of the country', Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the international conference on Constitution - Basis of Democratic Development of State held in Astana.

According to the President, 'to live in accordance with the Constitution is not just a necessity and civic duty, it is a privilege of free people, people who know the value of life and rights they have, people who esteem the same values of other people. This is the only principle that make us not separate citizens of the country but the people of Kazakhstan, not just people but society, not any paint on the map but the country that unites us'

'At the Day of Constitution we better realize our responsibilities to the Motherland, especially responsibilities of those people who serve to the prosperity of their Motherland - Kazakhstan', the Head of the State noted.
