Head of State drew attention to the high responsibility of banks through which the domestic economy will channel funds to finance Nurly Zhol state program. The President stressed that the program should play an important role in the development of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the recovery of the financial system. A.Pavlov noted that today Kazakhstani banks are influenced by external factors and the effects of volatility in global markets. In this regard, he expressed the opinion that the funds being allocated to increase national currency liquidity will make a positive impact on the stability of the entire banking sector.
