Nurly Zhol - Kazakhstan's way: China to study Nazarbayev's state administration experience

He also congratulated Kazakhstanis on the Independence Day of Kazakhstan.
Many political figures showed a keen interest in the theses outlined in the Kazakh President's Address Nurly Zhol -The Path to the Future. What ideas do impress you most? Chinese experts highly appreciate Nursultan Nazarbayev's Address. Personally I haven't expected it to be so specific. Generally the address embraced the domestic development issues, but for the first time ever it focused on the development of transport and logistics infrastructure. And it is true that it is of great concern for Kazakhstan for the country is situated on the most significant and profitable section of the Silk Road Economic Belt. China and Europe observe now commodity flow growth trends. And bypassing of Kazakhstan's existing trade routes is impossible, they cannot be changed, and shipping via Russia is not quite profitable. That's why Kazakhstan should take advantage of it. Once again it proves that President Nursultan Nazarbayev is a farsighted politician. He raises and settles urgent economic issues on a strategic level amid constantly changing international situation. And your country has turned into a real regional power under his leadership. What did you like most in Kazakhstan? I like Astana, especially at nights. I also like Kazakhstan's literature. Kazakhstan celebrated its main holiday, the Independence Day, on December 16. From the bottom of my heart I congratulate the people of Kazakhstan on this great holiday. 23 years have just passed but the country has undergone drastic changes unlike many other states. I would like to repeat once again that President Nazarbayev is the true Leader of the Nation. He is well-known in China. The Chinese Fund of International Research presented Nursultan Nazarbayev its superior honor award this May in Shanghai in the presence of President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping. The Kazakh Leader was the first to receive this award for he has made a great contribution to strengthening of peace in the region and world. The Kazakhstan's way, as the history reveals, was the right and successful one. Next spring we plan to hold an international workshop in China to study in fact the whole ideological system of Nursultan Nazarbayev, his state-building practices. Thank you for the interview.
