Nur Otan signs Memorandum on Social and Political Stability

The document is supposed to create some advancement in social, political and cultural spheres based on the post-crisis model and achievements made by the developed countries. The Memorandum was signed by the representatives of the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan, Crisis Centers Union, Federation of Labor Unions of Kazakhstan, Editors-in-Chief Club, Student Alliance and other organizations. Nur Otan Secretary Sergey Gromov noted that the Party initiated signing this Memorandum as part of team-up efforts to overcome the crisis consequences. According to Chairman of the Federation of Kazakhstan Labor Unions Siyazbek Mukashev, nowadays it is extremely important to keep Kazakhstani manpower, otherwise it will take much more money and time to hire new staff . It is necessary to create new jobs and arrange staff training. ?As a public organization we approve the government policy and believe that the Government?s anti-recessionary program will have positive results?, Mukashev said.
