"I congratulate all of you on the convincing win in the Majilis and maslikhats elections. It is our common victory, the victory of the people of Kazakhstan. We have entered the third decade of our independence. We have summed up the results of the country's development for the past twenty years. The people can see and feel how much has been done for the last years. It is a precise evaluation and the results of the elections, for we know the preliminary ones, speak for the fact that Kazakhstan continues and will continue its course for the country's development, economic and political modernization, welfare gain of Kazakhstanis, and the most important thing, unity, welfare, mutual understanding and tolerance in the multiethnic society," Nursultan Nazarbayev.
