?The Party shift into public control over socio-economic policy held in the country and conducts the work on pointing orientation of the Government and local executive authorities on solution of topical issues. In this regard, we elaborated the Map of regional problems?, the Secretary noted. ?The Map includes a list of inhabited areas with any problems. We examined all main inhabited areas. Besides the topical problems, we enlisted other issues as well?, Y.Karin noted. The investigation was held in 7443 inhabited areas, 1 346 of which are considered as problematic. 1 917 different problems were educed. Issues of water supply, healthcare, education, communications and others are among them. The system will allow to monitor the process of solution of the problems, orient governmental authorities at their solution. As Y.Karin noted, the Map also includes possible ways of problems solution and necessary funds.
