Nur Otan bodies need to upgrade work system, President

?In order to promote the role and authority of the Party I propose to carry through reformation of the work system of the Party?s central and local bodies. It is necessary to work out a new program of the Party till 2020. It must be an all-inclusive document that will determine the main directions of the work on the post-crisis renovation of Kazakhstan. The Party must employ the country's entire intellectual power. The Nur Otan central administration must become a think tank generating ideas for the President, the Government and the Parliament?, N.Nazarbayev stated. The President stressed the necessity set up a committee of innovative ideas and attract new, creative people to the Party. According to the President, it is important to promote the political education in order to enhance the leadership qualities and professionalism of the Party personnel.
