Number of foreign enterprises of «KazMunaiGaz» to be privatized

ASTANA. KAZINFRORM - Number of foreign enterprises of "KazMunaiGaz" will be privatized, Chairman of the Board of "KazMunaiGaz" JSC Sauat Mynbayev told today at the CCS media briefing.
He emphasized that "KazMunaiGaz" JSC did not have a lot of foreign assets. According to him, "Rompetrol" that has an oil processing plant in Romania and a network of gas stations, which is a part of the structure of "KMG International", will remain in the structure.
"At the same time, "KMG International" has a number of non-core assets, some of them are in Romania and in Ukraine. They will be sold right there," S. Mynbayev noted.
