Nuclear powers should give a lead in nuclear disarmament process

"Tomorrow I will take part in the high-level meeting on nuclear safety and next March in Seoul Forum. Last year I attended the Washington Forum. We are invited as a country whose words are efficient for we have shown in fact the fight for a nuclear weapons free world. First of all, the nuclear states should not say that they will be nuclear, will continue to improve, and the others are prohibited. It is unfair. Nuclear powers should give a lead in nuclear disarmament process," said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
