"I have come here to take part in the nuclear disarmament forum. Kazakhstan as well as South Africa abandoned its nuclear weapons programme. And when I was elected the President the first thing we decided to do is to dismantle 7 nuclear bombs we had. I am glad that Astana hosts such a forum and I believe we should accomplish nuclear disarmament process and adopt the relevant treaty," Frederik Willem de Klerk noted.
