Not only chief executive officers to be liable for state programs' implementation - Kazakh PM

ASTANA. June 14. KAZINFORM "Strategic plans should be the integration tools of strategic, economic and budget planning. This is an important aspect considered today in the Government," the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan informed.
According to Akhmetov, strategic plans of the state bodies will have clear objectives, the programs will be customized for these goals.
"The responsibility of program administrators will be enhanced. Not just the heads of ministries, but their deputies, chairmen of committees and departments will have responsibility for the implementation of budget programs," the head of the Government announced at the joint meeting of the Parliament's Houses.
