Northern, eastern Kazakhstan brace for snowy Sunday

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Meteorologists predict that most regions of Kazakhstan will enjoy nice weather today, March 1. However, Kazhydromet says that snow and blizzard are expected in northern and eastern Kazakhstan.
Akmola, Zhambyl, South Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Aktobe, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan and Karaganda regions will be steeped in fog. Dust storm and gusty wind will hit Mangystau and Kyzylorda regions. Wind gusting up to 15-20 meters per second is expected in Atyrau region. Blizzard and stiff wind will torment East Kazakhstan region.
