North Kazakhstan house fire kills one man, spares another

ASTANA. March 31. KAZINFORM A house fire claimed the life of a young man on Saturday night in northern Kazakhstan, Kazinform refers to the Ministry for Emergency Situations.

The house started shooting out flames around 3 a.m. in the morning in Iliinka village of the Northern Kazakhstan region. The fire was put out only in an hour and a half by local firefighters. It covered an area of 50 square meters.

The victim was the 25-year-old man; his body was found in the debris. Another man, also 25, survived the accident, but suffered severe burns and was hospitalized from the scene.
