North Dakota, Pavlodar region to cooperate in agriculture and energy sector

PAVLODAR. October 21. KAZINFORM Kazakhstani delegation with deputy governor of the Pavlodar region Aryn Orsariyev is paying a working visit to the United States, Kazinform has learnt from the governor's press service.
Within the working trip, the sides signed the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Pavlodar region and North Dakota. The document was inked by North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring and Mr Orsariyev.
It is expected that the parties will develop ties in the social sphere, energy sector and agriculture.
