North Caspian Operating Company, operator of North Caspian project, should observe specified schedules of work - Head of State
ATYRAU. November 17. KAZINFORM /Andrey Sokolov/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev has charged an operator of the North Caspian project - North Caspian Operating Company B.V. - to observe rigidly all specified schedules of work.
"At present it is our largest project. All deadlines are set, and they should be passed. Hence the operator should take all measures on observation of work schedules. I want to emphasize that the operator should solve the problems connected with mistakes of contracting organizations itself. Organize work and select responsible and competent companies. A lot of money was allocated for this", the President said.
North Caspian Operating Company B.V. which develops the Kashagan minefield in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea should reach a production level of 370 mln barrels of oil per day at the first stage of the experimental-industrial development.
