Most parts of Kazakhstan will stay today under the impact of a vast anti-cyclone with no precipitation forecast, Kazinform News Agency reports.
According to Kazhydromet, western, southern and southeastern regions will see unstable weather with rain and snow. Snowstorm and gusting wind, as well as black ice and foggy conditions are forecast.
