No plans to issue 20,000-tenge bill - Head of National Bank of Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The long-awaited release of 20,000-tenge bill has been postponed for indefinite period, according to Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Kairat Kelimbetov.
"The decision to release the 20,000-tenge bill in circulation was premature. There are no plans to issue the bill in the nearest future. So, the bill won't feature my signature," he said at a press conference at the KazMedia Center on Tuesday.
