ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakh Oil and Gas Minister Uzakbai Karabalin predicts no fuel shortage in Kazakhstan in 2014.
According to him, our refineries keep working at full. They supply the greater part of oil derivatives to the country's market. No oil will be supplied abroad.
