Newly elected Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna Welfare Fund announced
ASTANA. January 10. KAZINFORM The Government of Kazakhstan has approved the updated composition of the Board of Directors of "Samruk-Kazyna" National Welfare Fund" JSC, the company's official page says.
According to the Government's decree, the company's newly elected Board of Directors consists of: Chairman - Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Akhmetov; members - Assistant to President of Kazakhstan Erbol Orynbayev, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan - Bakhyt Sultanov, Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of Kazakhstan - Erbolat Dossayev, CEO of "Samruk-Kazyna" National Welfare Fund" JSC - Umirzak Shukeyev, independent directors - Alexander Mirtchev, Sir Richard Harry Evans and Nigel John Stapleton.
"Samruk-Kazyna" National Welfare Fund is a state-owned enterprise and the company's sole shareholder is the Government of Kazakhstan.
